We handcraft Oregon mead and ranch wines from local fruit, honey, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Each glass carries the story of pollinator pastures, soil health, and the regenerative practices that make Lazy Z unique.

Food & Pairings

Enjoy charcuterie boards, and look forward to a permanent food cart featuring ranch-raised beef, goat, and honey in future seasons.
