A
family and community
business.

In 2020, our little family came to the original and iconic Lazy Z Ranch with hopes of modeling regenerative agriculture, cultivating sustainable community, and amplifying hyper-local.

In 2023, we began making mead — using honey from our own hives and fruit from nearby farms. What started as a small ranch project quickly grew into something more. That year, we hit the road, pouring at farmers markets and wine festivals across Oregon. People connected instantly with the story, the craft, and the sense of place in every glass. Our meads went on to earn state, national, and international awards, recognition that encouraged us to keep creating and sharing what we make.

In 2025, we opened the Lazy Z Ranch tasting room — a family-friendly gathering place surrounded by our pastures, animals, and bee habitat. It’s where our handcrafted meads and wines meet the land that inspires them.

Why Choose Mead

Regenerative Bee Ranching

Our Estate honey and ranch wines are the end result of wholistic regenerative land management at the Lazy Z Ranch.

We are ranchers dedicated to leaving the earth better than we found it.

We are beekeepers delighted to share raw, unfiltered Oregon honey resulting from systems of ecological abundance.

We are winemakers obsessed with curating the most unique and enjoyable regenerative beverages.
