Join us for our first Holiday Market at the Ranch! We’re looking for local makers, artists, and specialty food producers offering thoughtful gifts and handmade goods.

Applying is free. Booth fees are collected only after acceptance. Please read all details prior to applying.

Spaces & Fees

Indoor tabletop — $50

Ten spaces available. Each vendor receives four feet of frontage on a shared table, with a black tablecloth provided.

Your own four foot wide selling space along a continuous row of tables. Other vendors will be beside you, but your four feet are exclusively yours.

Outdoor 10 × 10 booth — $35

Up to fifteen spaces available. Vendors provide their entire setup, including canopy, appropriate canopy weights, tables, displays, weather protection, and booth lighting if needed.

Prepare for cold, rain, or snow and shopping after dark. Outdoor spaces do not have an indoor backup location. Electricity is not included; any power, generator, or heater needs must be approved in advance.

Both options include vendor parking. There is no sales commission.

Important Dates

  • October 25: Priority application deadline. Later applications considered as space allows.

  • October 30: Acceptance notifications sent for priority applications.

  • Within five days of acceptance: Booth payment due to secure your space.

  • November 7: Last day to cancel for a guaranteed booth fee refund.

  • November 14: Insurance documents due.

  • November 21: Market day! Ready to sell by 11am; remain set up until 6 PM.

Setup times, unloading instructions, and parking assignments will be sent before the event.

Vendor Selection

We welcome local farmers, makers, artists, and producers offering gifts, goods, and farm memberships, including CSA shares. We’ll select a varied mix of offerings and may limit similar products to give shoppers variety and vendors room to stand out.

Applications do not guarantee acceptance. Vendors may sell only the products and offerings approved in their application. Booth sharing requires prior approval.

Food vendors must meet the licensing and food safety requirements that apply to their products, including any samples offered.

Insurance Required

All vendors must carry commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of:

  • $1,000,000 per occurrence

  • $2,000,000 general aggregate

Coverage must include products liability appropriate to the goods sold and cover participation, setup, and breakdown.

Lazy Z Ranch LLC and Lazy Z Meadery LLC must both be included as additional insureds.

Accepted vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and the applicable additional insured endorsement by November 14. A blanket endorsement is acceptable if it provides the required coverage for both entities.

You do not need to submit insurance documents to apply. Acceptable documentation is required before setting up. If a COI is not received by November 14, you will not be permitted to participate in the market.

Weather & Cancellations

The market takes place rain or shine, including ordinary November cold or snow. Attendance and sales are not guaranteed.

Vendor cancellations received by November 7 receive a full booth fee refund. After that date, refunds are available only if we fill your space. If Lazy Z cancels the event because of unsafe conditions, vendor fees will be refunded.

Market Day

Please remain open for the full market, keep aisles clear, and leave your space clean. Vendors are responsible for their own payments, equipment, merchandise, and removal of booth trash.

Customers will reserve $5 parking passes per vehicle for noon–2 PM, 2–4 PM, or 4–6 PM shopping windows. We’ll provide promotional materials and ask participating vendors to help spread the word.

By applying, you agree to the requirements above and allow Lazy Z to use your submitted business name, product descriptions, and photos to promote the market if accepted.
