Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lazy Z Ranch Wines, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to help with an exchange for the same item (or a comparable replacement if unavailable).

To request an exchange:

• Contact us at hello@lazyzranch.com within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and provide next steps as quickly as possible.
