Our very first spirit barrel aged mead! This delightful sipper started as a semi-sweet traditional style mead made entirely from Oregon Snowberry blossom honey. We then aged it in a fresh gin barrel from our friends down the road at Crater Lake Spirits, and added Central Oregon juniper berries and sage. A mead version of a distinctly Central Oregon gin, opulent and polished, experience hints of the high desert after the rain.
