A semi-sweet traditional style honey wine made from Lazy Z ESTATE Wildflower honey harvested and fermented at the ranch in 2023. Then aged in ESTATE rye whiskey barrels from rye grown right down the highway by our friends at Crater Lake Spirits. This is a hyper-local and super-rare expression of Central Oregon agriculture at its best!
A portion of the proceeds from this mead supports Central Oregon beekeepers.
